Users are solely responsible for meeting in safe, well-lit, public locations for physical exchanges. We recommend using highly populated areas.
SwapX has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, harassment, spam, fraudulent listings, or abusive behavior. If you encounter any inappropriate content or abusive behavior, you can flag the item/user or block the user immediately. Flagged content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours, and offending users will be permanently ejected from the platform. Blocking a user will instantly remove all their listings and communications from your feed.
